Paul has been working in leadership development for over 20 years. He is an experienced administrator, facilitator and leadership coach.

He has spent in excess of 11,000 hours serving small (<20) and mid-sized (<150) groups/organizations as an instructor, facilitator, educator and coach. His experience includes serving nonprofit and for profit clients in healthcare, marketing, business and education. He has coached team members and facilitated group processes for new managers, line level employees, middle managers and senior leadership teams. He has also led over a hundred small groups on wilderness experiences where leadership and decision-making under stress have significant consequences.

Paul holds a MS in Educational Administration and Student Affairs from Baylor University. He is from South Central PA but has called both Texas and Chicago home. When not working with individuals or groups, he is likely tending to animals on his family's homestead or training for his next big adventure race.
